OMEE — Web3.0 Social Subscription and Network NFT Marketplace

BTS Labs held an AMA with OMEE on April 26th. The theme of this AMA is “OMEE — Web3.0 Social Subscription and Network NFT Marketplace”. The guest we had was Bert Lucas, the Marketing Manager of OMEE. He introduced that OMEE aims to reinvent the future for creators by providing a Web3.0 NFT network that drives sociability and creativity for artists, designers, influencers and content producers who can upload, create, share and sell their artwork all in one place.

BTS Labs: Please introduce yourself and give an insight about what O-MEE is? Why did you choose this name?

Bert Lucas(Marketing Manager): Hello everyone and thank you for joining our AMA with TrustFi. By way of introduction, I’m Bert, the Marketing Lead here at O-MEE, the Social Subscription and NFT Marketplace. As Marketing Lead, I am responsible for the management of partnerships and overseeing social media operations, as well as connecting with the community!

O-MEE aims to reinvent the future for creators by providing a Web3.0 NFT network that drives sociability and creativity for artists, designers, influencers and content producers who can upload, create, share and sell their artwork all in one place. Through API technology, creators are able to connect mainstream social media platforms to republish their existing artwork, videos, photography and media to their profile showcasing their content where it is displayed for their followers to like, interact and share.

In addition, creators are able to create and mint both new and republished artwork allowing them to sell and monetize their artwork on the O-MEE NFT marketplace. We have 2% commission fee. Not only is OMEE the central hub for content creation but will provide multiple revenue streams for its users through products, services and 10+ token use cases. Furthermore, the O-MEE subscription feature allows creators to monetize specific content through flexible pricing plans, providing their followers unrestricted access to their profile and exclusive NFTs. O-MEE offers a zero commission on all revenue generated through their subscription model.

To answer the second part of our question, we wanted to make the O-MEE name stands out and is relatable to the product. O stands for OWN — such as, owning content, owning NFTs and monetising you own content. This leads into our second name phase. Given our social media, engagement and interactive approach, we felt responsible to make our name synergise with the social aspect of our product. Mee is a perfect fit. It is relatable, it is snappy and fits perfectly. O-MEE is born!

BTS Labs: What’s the latest developments about use-case & Features of O-MEE? Can you tell us more about how we buy $OME?

BTS Labs: Will your marketplace be open for all users? Can the NFT holders showcase their NFTs? How do you promote NFT creators and artists to use your marketplace and do you also support NFT minting? Please explain.

Bert Lucas(Marketing Manager): We will be built on the Ethereum but our multi-chain approach ensures that our community who use other blockchains will be able to use our platform. Furthermore, we plan to provide a cross chain bridge solution for NFTs so watch this space! NFT holders will have the ability to showcase NFTs at the ME-OWN section giving our community bragging rights when it comes to the most renowned NFT collections. To answer your last question, we will work closely with NFT creators and the best performing artists will be featured on our home page. Users will be able to explore specific artists through the filter options that provide drop down suggestions such as top- rated, most liked, most shared, recently added, hottest, most popular, most subscribed providing users with control over their content.

BTS Labs Community: To be a great platform for both Investors and for it’s users Transparency and security is important. Can you tell us some details about your transparency (likes team members) and your security mechanism. Have you already completed the audit of your platform?

Bert Lucas(Marketing Manager): The O-MEE contracts have been audited by Hacken and our token was minted through the Lossless token minter. Lossless are a Dei hack mitigation tool and give our investors and community token protection. Their cyber security code is integrated into the smart contract through their token minter to maximize trust, security and protection. BTS Labs Community: Can you explain how is your Tokenomics Distribution? How many tokens Will be minted ? And How many $tokens Will be locked by the team?

Our total token supply will be 800,000,000 with team both team and advisors locked for a minimum of 2 years (with the potential to extend a further 3 years.

Bert Lucas(Marketing Manager): Great question and an important one at that. O-MEE has a 2% fee on sales generate on the marketplace. We aim to be competitive in this market and by providing such attractive fees alongside the multiple features on our platform we believe a healthy volume of users will be attracted to our product.
