BTS Labs held an AMA with GensoKishi on June 30th. The theme of this AMA is “GensoKishi — The Only GameFi with a 14 Year History”. The guest we had was Matt, the Global Comms Manager. He introduced that GensoKishi Online Metaworld or Genso is a GameFi and metaverse incarnation of the award-winning Nintendo Switch/PS4 game “Elemental Knights”.

BTS Labs: First, for those who are joining for the first time, please tell us more about GensoKishi and its features, how is it different from other GameFi projects?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): GensoKishi Online Metaworld or Genso for short, is a GameFi and metaverse incarnation of the award-winning Nintendo Switch/PS4 game “Elemental Knights”.
We have a 14 year history!
We started from 2008 as a game on a flip phone.
We have a total of 8 million downloads worldwide. It already has a 3DMMORPG game with active users, with a fully-functioning 3D metaverse, that simultaneously connects users from around the world.
It was the most downloaded game in Japan/ Taiwan.
In short. The most different part is that “We already have the game built. We are not starting from scratch, we have an established base. And big user base!!!

BTS Labs: Even in this bear market, we see that your $MV token has kept 20x from TGE. Why is that?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): Thanks!! We are doing our best!!
We think several factors contributed to the $MV price.
Because the project is based on an existing game, Genso did not require significant capital to develop and did not need to raise funds.
So we were able to proceed without any large investors at all with the project’s low valuation.
No large investors=less selling pressure
We are proud to be Number 1 ROI for projects launched in 2022 Q1.

BTS Labs: So what is the $MV token?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): Haha true. I need to explain that!
By owning MV, you will have various rights and privileges in and out of the game.
From Elemental Knights, our original game, we have allowed users to generate their own cotent.
So many users designed their own avatars like this:
So with $MV, you earn rights to own and design various NFTs.
NFTs like the avatars above, LAND NFTs, in-game equipment NFTs, and in-game item NFTs.
Also, by staking MVs you earn our in-game token $ROND.
We have so many users staking $MV atm!

BTS Labs: I hear you guys are on-boarding these NFT projects and famous IPs on to your game and metaverse. How does this work?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): Yup. Most recently, Gensokishi has also partnered with Aavegotchi and Monkey Kingdom.
We made their 2D gotchis into 3D. So that they can live in our Metaverse.
We made their 2D monkeys into 3D as well. So that they can live in our Metaverse.
Genso aims to be a gateway to the 3D Metaverse.
We have so many NFT project collabs waiting to be announced very soon!!!
Our compnay has been making games in Japan for 20+ years and have partnered with numerous world-class Japanese IPs in the past.

Fairytail is a super famous anime as well.
They became avatars in our metaverse!
We plan to leverage our connections to partner with many more IPs, business owners, and NFT projects!! We are bringing these IPs and NFT projects to our Metaverse.

Matt(Global Comms Manager): Yes, the third NFT auction will feature avatars that he drew!

That brought in $2 milliion in bids.

BTS Labs: Tell us about your road map. When can we actually play the game?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): Of course. We are very much on schedule!
Alpha Launch: May 31
Beta Launch: July 31
Game Launch: August 31
Our company has been making games for 20+ years and our game devs are seasoned professionals.
And we have the best of the best “ConsenSys” working on the blockchain side of things.
Everything is going well atm :):)

BTS Labs: So the alpha launch is already on! What should we expect for the alpha? Can any of us join?
Matt(Global Comms Manager): Yess!! The alpha is super exciting.
It is the first time we are welcome players to our game.
